PR Support for Japan Mobility Show 2025
Background
Intellias, a Ukraine-founded global software engineering company, made its first appearance at Japan Mobility Show 2025 as part of its strategic entry into the Japanese market. Leveraging its end-to-end ecosystem spanning semiconductors to cloud and its SDV (Software-Defined Vehicle) development platform, IntelliKit, the company aimed to expand awareness within Japan’s automotive industry.
With limited brand recognition in Japan at the time, the objective was not merely to exhibit at the show, but to design a PR approach that would simultaneously penetrate industry media and enhance understanding of Intellias’ technological positioning.
Strategy & Execution
A press briefing was organized at the exhibition booth, combining a corporate introduction with a live demonstration of IntelliKit. The communication strategy clearly positioned Intellias as an integrated SDV platform provider unifying cloud, AI, and embedded technologies, while linking its solutions to the key development challenges faced by the Japanese automotive industry.
Following the event, we developed and distributed a post-event press release, framing the narrative around “market entry into Japan” and Intellias’ capability to deliver a seamless ecosystem from cloud to in-vehicle systems. Targeted media pitching focused on leading automotive and business outlets, successfully generating initial visibility and credibility within the market.
Outcome
Coverage began with a feature in the leading automotive industry media outlet Response.jp, and expanded to major portal platforms including Yahoo! News. Dozens of automotive and business media outlets published the story, raising awareness of Intellias’ first exhibition in Japan and its SDV-related technologies.
As a foundational step in the brand’s market entry phase, the campaign successfully established both name recognition and a clear technological positioning within the Japanese mobility ecosystem.
